Paula Berauer

Paula Berauer is a laywer specialising in media law and, at GWVR, is independently responsible for the Newcomer Support programme, amongst other things. Even during her legal training, she deliberately focused on media, copyright and events law, including placements at the State Chancellery of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the Media Law and Media Policy Division, and in the legal department of NDR. In addition to her legal training, she also has a close personal connection to the arts and music industries, which ties in with her professional work. Despite a wide range of career opportunities, she made a conscious decision to work at GWVR and as a laywer specialising in the music and events sector, in order to play an active role in shaping the legal and structural framework of the live music and music industries.
