Pauline Nolte

How does patriarchy shape our lives – and how can we transform structures and behaviors that perpetuate discrimination and inequality? From a FLINTA* perspective, Pauline Nolte engages with these questions and critically reflects on power relations in culture and society. She builds on the struggles of FLINTA*, BIPoC and queer communities, whose resistance and protest have paved the way for today’s progress. Since 2025, she has been involved with Collective Spotlight e.V., creating spaces in the music and cultural sector for exchange on power structures, critical reflection, and steps towards genuine transformation.
