Raquel Bet­ten­court

Raquel Bettencourt is VP of Global Music Supervision and Communications at Wracket Music Supervision Inc., leading marketing, business development, and client relations across agencies, brands, and production companies. She also oversees communications and strategic partnerships for Syncstate, a sync licensing conference and marketplace launching at the 2026 Departure Festival + Conference.

With 15+ years in sales and marketing, she blends strategy, storytelling, and relationship-building, with music industry roots at Canadian Music Week, and has worked with brands like Motorola Solutions, Rogers, Bell, TIFF, and Ferrari. A Child of Deaf Adults (CODA) who is a classically trained musician, former opera singer and fluent in American Sign Language (ASL), she brings a human, inclusive lens to music and communications.
