Steffi Kim is the founder of Berlin strategy agency KIMKOM and the person artists, brands, and executives call when the spotlight gets blinding. Operating where pop culture, tech, and institutional power meet, her core work centers on strategy, artist advisory, C-level consulting, and federal agency affairs, summarized best by Business Insider as advising "from Google to Paul McCartney."
A veteran entertainment executive, Kim made history as the European music industry’s first Director of Corporate Communications, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and was the first executive of South Korean heritage on a major label’s European management board. Thanks to her keen observation of cultural and societal shifts, she is a sought-after speaker on stages like OMR and re:publica, as well as a trusted expert for major networks like ARD and ProSieben.
Beyond her client work, Kim serves as an ambassador for GermanDream, and co-hosted the Spotify Top 15 ARD/NDR podcast “arm & trotzdem” alongside journalist Falk Schacht about poverty and social inequality. As Kyopo (a native German of Korean heritage), she also supports the Korea Town Berlin project and collaborates with the South Korean Embassy.
