Takayuki Suzuki

Takayuki Suzuki is a Tokyo-based music and technology strategist with extensive experience in global business development, digital transformation, and music industry innovation.

He serves as Managing Director of MusicTech Japan, an initiative connecting Japan’s music ecosystem with innovators, companies, and industry leaders around the world. He is also responsible for Global Relations at CEIPA, supporting international partnerships and the global development of Japan’s music industry.

Throughout his career, Takayuki has built a broad network across Japan, the United States, Europe, and Asia, advising music companies, technology platforms, rights organisations, and public-sector partners on international strategy and market development.

He holds several advisory and industry roles within the global music and technology ecosystem, including serving on the advisory board of the Japanese Society for Rights of Authors, Composers and Publishers (JASRAC) and as a Music Jury member for SXSW London.

His previous roles include Head of Mobile at MTV Japan and Head of Digital Business Development at Universal Music Japan.
