
Tom Nieuweboer
Tom Nieuweboer is Chief Executive Officer at !K7 Music since 2024, having served as Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2024. As CEO he holds overall responsibility for the company across its offices in Berlin, New York and London, setting group strategy and owning P&L, business development and growth across !K7’s labels, catalogue and label services business. He leads the senior team and organisation, represents !K7 towards partners, artists and the wider industry, and is responsible for the relationship with shareholders and the board. Following !K7’s acquisition by Create Music Group (CMG), he leads the integration of !K7 into the CMG group.
Tom is a member of the Board of IMPALA, Director at ORCA and a former board member of AFEM.
As Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2024, he was responsible for the day to day operations and processes of the company across the three offices as well as financial reporting to the board and other stakeholders. Until end of 2013 he headed the digital department at the !K7 label group, acting as key account manager for digital distribution and driving new business development around the exploitation of master rights in the digital environment.

!K7 also provides artist direct services to manage all aspects of a release (Fat Freddy’s Drop, Tricky, The Pop Group, Crazy P and Elder Island).
