
Victor den Hollander
Victor den Hollander is a music, media, and entertainment attorney at De Vos & Partners Advocaten in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He began his career as legal counsel at the Dutch anti-piracy organization BREIN, where he spent four years enforcing entertainment copyrights and combating infringements. In 2017, he started as an attorney. Victor has extensive experience in litigation, intellectual property law, media law, and contract law. His (international) clients include online media platforms, artists, entertainment companies, record labels, and music publishers. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the IAEL, VIEPA (AIPPI the Netherlands), VvA (ALAI the Netherlands), AFEM (Association For Electronic Music), NVAIR (Dutch Association for Artificial Intelligence and Robot Law), V-AIA (Association AI Attorneys), VVR (Vereniging voor Reclamerecht) and the NOvA (Netherlands Bar Association). For this year’s IAEL book, Victor is co-author of the article “Music streaming fraud: the new problem after piracy?” and he is part of the editorial team.
