With the free-spirited artistry of an ambitious bedroom producer, Anni has been making a name for herself for the past year. The young singer-songwriter confidently performs poetic lyrics about loving and leaving, life’s painful aspects and how we can all grow from them. Still a newcomer to the German music scene, she’s dropped just a handful of singles. Professionally produced and featuring sophisticated beats, songs like “Meerestief” and “Hellbraune Augen” (2024) flit between dream pop, atmospheric drum ’n’ bass and indietronica, without settling on one genre alone. She’s already found her own signature sound actually, which she continually refines track by track. Her latest releases, “Es war einmal...” and “Wieder allein” (2025), both with a feel that seems straight out of a futuristic love affair, show just how well she does this.
