EatMe
Fancy a little trip down memory lane? If you want to experience and hear the 90s again – or for the first time – without all the media hype, EatMe is where it’s at. The Hamburg-based duo consistently pull off incredibly harmonious fusions of old-school alternative pop, breezy indie with summery melodies, and a gently dreamy, romantic vibe. The project was born in St. Georg, right next to Hamburg Central Station, and from the very start was one thing above all else: the connecting element between two friends who simply wanted to start a band. No sooner said than done. Having since grown into a trio, EatMe took the first major step in their creative development last year with the release of their debut EP, “There’s Always Something More” (2025), making their mark straight away. Navigating between euphoria and melancholy, between neon lights and bus stops, they explore the urban dramas of the new 2020s and prove that this kind of atmospheric, nostalgic rock is by no means a thing of the past – quite the opposite, in fact. Sold-out gigs at Hafenklang and Molotow speak for themselves. If you haven’t seen them yet, you’ll get your next chance with us.
