Growing up surrounded by karaoke with his family and the brass band music of his home town of Fürstenfeld, Lukas Oscar's musical upbringing was slightly unusual. Not only has the singer-songwriter been influenced by everything from pop to rock and R'n'B ever since childhood, but his great ambitions were also recognisable early on. He began learning the piano aged six, won “The Voice Kids Germany” at the age of just 13 and subsequently made a name for himself as a songwriter. The foundations were ideally set up then, and EPs such as “Colors Of A VOID” (2022) and “High Performance Kids” (2024) proved promising displays of his incredible talent as a singer and performer. A soulful voice, contemporary production qualities combining electrified pop and dreamy wavy sound designs and the right words in a fittingly deadpan tone quickly turn Lukas Oscar's songs into catchy tunes that keep growing with every listen. Needless to say, other big names in the Austrian music scene such as Joe Traxler and W1ZE also want to work with this young talent. Just as expected, his new EP “From Under My Bed” (2025) highlights how this artist is never short on ideas thanks to singles such as ‘Pretty Words’.
