Matchmaking: Meet the European Festivals

At our tailor-made Matchmaking Sessions at Reeperbahn Festival 2025, we offer music industry professionals from all sectors the opportunity to meet potential new business partners in specially curated 1-on-1 meetings.
The “Meet Europe’s festivals" session is curated in collaboration with Yourope (European Festival Association). As one of the relevant players in the European live music industry, Yourope represents the interests of European festival organizers and sends a selection of its members to this session.

Building on this year’s theme, “Imagine Togetherness”, we aim to unite diverse voices and generations from across the music industry. To foster fresh perspectives and meaningful exchange, we especially encourage professionals under 30 or with less than five years of job experience to apply for these sessions. Pioneer Passes for professionals under 30 are available on our website.
All Matchmakings take place at: Wiener Bistro (Networking Area), Arcotel Onyx, Reeperbahn 1, 20359 Hamburg.
Deadline: 11.09.2025. Please note: Applying does not guarantee participation. Confirmations will be sent to the most suitable applicants in 2nd week of September. In order to apply, you need to be registered as a conference delegate. Slots are limited. Each company can only be represented by one person per session. Selected participants are expected to be available for the entire duration of the session they are applying for. If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
