Artists with disabilities are still heavily underrepresented in the music industry. This is not due to a lack of talent, but usually simply because of avoidable barriers, such as inaccessible stages and backstage areas. Musicians with disabilities discuss how inclusive frameworks can be created to ensure that equal career opportunities become a matter of course – not in spite of, but with a disability.
