Immersive music in Dolby Atmos has become established worldwide and across all genres. At the same time, many questions and uncertainties remain within the music industry regarding the use of this technology. This workshop explores the entire value chain – from production and mixing to distribution, marketing and monetization. It provides practical insights into production workflows, the resources required, and potential costs. In addition, it highlights different approaches to monetization as well as new marketing opportunities that arise from the use of this still-evolving technology for artists, labels and other players across the music industry.
