Andreas Bentsen

Andreas Bentsen is a Copenhagen-based artist manager and Music Management student at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory (RMC). Focused on artist development, strategy and production, he is particularly drawn to powerful live acts with clear international potential.

Alongside his studies, Andreas manages Danish shock-pop phenom Chopper, overseeing creative development, international strategy and live production, currently releasing on Hamburg-based Elevator Records. His work in music also extends to record production, tour management and artist hospitality across some of the biggest festivals in Denmark.

With a background in advertising, brand strategy and activation, he approaches artist development from both a creative and strategic perspective, with a particular interest in turning strong artistic identities into distinctive projects through compelling communication and FOMO-inducing live experiences.

Andreas is one of the co-founders and organisers behind The Emerging Room at this year’s Reeperbahn Festival and Conference. His work is driven by curiosity, challenging ideas and bringing good people together, and he approaches the session much the same way: when it comes to meeting people, sometimes the best strategy is not having one.
