Frances Fox

Frances Fox is the Global Founder and UK Director of Climate Live: a youth-led charity who organise concerts and festival stages to engage a new audience of young people in climate and social justice issues.

Over the past few years she has run the Climate Live Bus Stage at major festivals in the UK, coordinated Climate Live’s Pavilions at COP28 and COP30, and helped coordinate simultaneous concerts in over 30 countries. She was listed on The Independent’s Climate 100 List 2025, was awarded the UK Environment Agency’s Inspirational Person of the Year Award 2020, and has been featured in BBC News, Sky News, The Independent, NME, Billboard and more.

She helped coordinate the youth climate strikes in the UK with the UK Student Climate Network and internationally with Fridays For Future. In February 2020, she spoke on behalf of the UK youth climate movement in front of 30,000 people at the Bristol strike which Greta Thunberg attended.

She is passionate about harnessing the power of music for climate justice, the importance of youth-led initiatives, platforming those most affected by the climate crisis whose voices are often underrepresented and climate advocacy being intersectional.
