Gesine Kästner

For around 25 years, Gesine Kästner has worked as a project manager, curator, and event organizer, primarily in the festival sector (e.g. Fusion, at.tension, and OFF THE RADAR). She is also active as a tour manager, booking agent, copywriter, and production manager for events of widely varying orientations, content, and scales.
Since December 2025, she has served as the Sustainability Project Manager for Clubkombinat Hamburg e.V. Through the FUTURE FONDS—an initiative launched by Clubkombinat—Hamburg-based clubs and nightlife operators can receive support for personnel costs to drive the ecological, social, and economic transformation of their venues and events; the fund is currently in its second round of grants.
