Henrike Blome
For over 13 years, Henrike Blome has operated at the heart of where new artists, songs, and careers are born, gaining insight into the music industry from virtually every angle: publishing, labels, A&R, and management.
During her time at Sony Music Publishing, she signed acts such as Wincent Weiss and Topic, as well as producers like Lucry and Nico Chiara. At Universal Music, she played a key role in signings including Shirin David and the "Life is Pain" roster (centered around PA Sports and Jamule). She subsequently spent seven years working as an independent manager for artists, songwriters, and producers such as Wanja Bierbaum, Mayberg, and Wings.
Most recently, Henrike served as Head of A&R at Four Music / Sony Music, where she signed Ikkimel—currently one of the most influential artists on the German music scene.
Starting in September 2026, Henrike will take on the role of Head of Artists & Partnerships at Tickettoaster, focusing on one of the music business's most exciting current developments: direct-to-fan engagement and how artists can take greater control of their relationships with fans in the future.
