Isabel Roudsa­ra­bi

Isabel Roudsarabi is co-founder and managing director of Höme.

Ever since her college days, she has been passionate about festivals & events and is committed to making the industry more sustainable, fair, and innovative. After working at the Berlin-based PR agency Snowhite, lunatic Festival, Lost Art Festival, and a number of other events, she is now building Höme - a platform for festivals and live events - where these issues are at the heart of her work. In addition, as a co-founder and board member of the nonprofit organization fæmm, she provides support for FLINTA* both behind the scenes and on stage, builds networks, and raises awareness about feminist issues.
