Johanna Herzer Santana

Johanna has been part of the artist management team at Wasted Talent Entertainment for six years, working across both national and international markets. Managing a diverse roster that includes independent artists and the company's in-house label alongside major label acts such as Moonvine, Franz1, Milky Chance, and Kasi she is well-versed in both ends of the spectrum: from long-term career building to the fast-paced dynamics of an evolving industry. Prior to her career in artist management, she gained extensive experience in music publishing and as part of the A&R and scouting team at Epic Records / Sony Music.
