Kateryna Dmyt­ren­ko

Kateryna Dmytrenko is the CEO of ENKO, one of Ukraine’s leading independent music labels working with artists such as alyona alyona, KOLA, Maryna Krut, and Carpetman.

Under her leadership, ENKO has grown into a hub for over 116 artists and has built an independent distribution system that supports Ukrainian music both locally and internationally.

In 2023, the label launched Carpetman - its first international project, which has already reached 809,2M year streams, 53,4M views, 2,2M followers, and toured in USA in around 22 cities. Through this and other initiatives, Kateryna has been actively building bridges between Eastern European talent and global audiences.

With 5 years of experience in management, distribution, and strategic development, Kateryna focuses on scaling artists from the region onto international stages and creating long-term opportunities for them in the global music market.
