Lærke Leonora Kolding
Lærke Leonora Kolding is a Music Management student at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory (RMC) in Copenhagen, currently in her second year of the programme. Alongside her studies, she currently works as Junior Manager at Kaja Management and freelance as a Tour- and Stage Manager.
Lærke is one of the co-founders and organisers behind The Emerging Room at this years Reeperbahn Festival Conference. She brings a hands-on background in live music and interdisciplinary event production, including roles in artist hospitality, stage management and live production coordination.
Before moving into music, Lærke spent several years working across the independent performing arts sector in Copenhagen on productions at Sort/Hvid, AKT1, and Får302, among others. That cross-disciplinary background, bridging the worlds of live performance and music, shapes how she approaches the industry today.
