Lina Burghausen is a music journalist, PR manager, and curator from Leipzig. Together with Alex Barbian, she hosts the podcast Reeperbahn Festival Deep Dive. in which the two journalists examine current developments in the music business from multiple perspectives. In addition, she has built up a track record as a freelance journalist in radio, online, and print media.

Through her PR agency MONA LINA, she has been supporting innovative musicians and their teams since 2014 through press relations, consulting, and workshops with a focus on hip-hop. Thanks to her professional experience including contributions to the splash! Festival and Most Wanted: Music, as well as her work as an A&R and artist manager, she knows the music industry - as well as its challenges and potentials - firsthand from various perspectives.

Through the launch of her blog project 365 Fe*male MCs, the former label project 365XX (2020–2025), and many other initiatives, she advocates for greater visibility of FLINTA* individuals in rap and is now one of the most prominent voices for gender equality in the music industry.

Lina Burghausen has been honored with the International Music Journalism Award, the VUT Indie Award, and the HYPE & Friends Award. She was part of the Keychange program in 2020–2021.
