Manuela Nikele has been active in the music industry for more than 25 years, working with labels such as Sub Pop, distributors like Proper and Redeye, and releases like FLOGGING MOLLY’s groundbreaking Swagger.

After completing her studies in education, she began in March 1998 as a sales representative at Cargo Records Germany, before moving in the fall of the same year to the Wuppertal headquarters as a label manager, where she stayed until 2008. She then worked as a label and export manager at Alive AG, followed by a role as label manager at H'art, where she oversaw significant changes, and eventually, from 2019 to 2021, she was responsible for opening and leading the Hamburg office for Bertus.

In 2021, Nikele came full circle by joining 375 Media as Managing Director. As a subsidiary of Cargo Records and Indigo, 375 Media handles the distribution, marketing, and placement of physical media in retail, representing labels such as Beggars, Sub Pop, Epitaph, Secretly Canadian, Fat Wreck, 3L, and Good Movies.
Alongside her work in music, Manuela Nikele has always been committed to personal development. She first completed a part-time training as a nutrition consultant and later became a certified personal coach.
