
Melissa d'Engelbronner
After living in Amsterdam for 10 years and beginning her career working on brand campaigns at agencies, Melissa started at FUGA in 2015 and worked her way up from marketing coordinator to VP of Audience Strategy. For the last 3 years, she has been building an award-winning team working on global 360 marketing campaigns for independent artists with everything from audience research, media strategies and creative work to digital advertising and social media. She is passionate about mentoring and lifting up the people around her by working on their career trajectories and skillsets. In 2024, together with her colleague Connie Chow, she re-launched the Amsterdam chapter of global initiative She Said So, an independent community of women, gender non-conforming people and allies that works towards equity and empowerment in the music industry. They provide mentorship, events and networking opportunities for the music community in the Netherlands.
