
Nadine Kiala
Nadine is a cultural manager and social and cultural educator based in Cologne. With a strong focus on social justice, she is committed to embedding anti-discriminatory perspectives in pop culture.
As co-founder of the art and event space Kunsthafen Cologne, she has been curating a cross-disciplinary and diverse program since 2020, rethinking access to arts and culture. She also serves as DE&I Manager of c/o pop, where she coordinates the content of the c/o pop Convention, the conference format of Cologne’s discovery festival.
In addition, Nadine is a board member of Music Women Germany*, the nationwide network dedicated to supporting, empowering, and connecting women*, FLINTA, and non-binary people in the music industry. She is also a founding board member of Diversity Culture Cologne e.V. and actively involved in the FLINTA mentoring program MEWEM.
