Natascha Augustin

After dropping out of her marketing degree, Natascha began her career in the music industry more than 25 years ago as a Junior A&R at Warner Chappell Music. Along the way, she gained experience at Matador Records and Beggars Banquet in New York, as well as Warner Chappell Music in Los Angeles. Yet her path kept leading her back to WCM – eventually taking her, in true “worked-her-way-up-from-the-bottom” fashion, all the way to the management level.

Staying close to artists is what matters most to her, and pop-cultural relevance is what drives her. Outside the music business, Natascha is obsessed with green tea, a would-be show jumper, and always up for fries with truffle mayo and a glass of champagne at Grill Royal.
