Robert Schulz has been working at Initiative Musik since 2008 and heads the artist support program. His team advises and accompanies artists and music entrepreneurs from the application stage to the final accounting of their funded projects. As a trained banker on the one hand and a passionate music nerd across almost all genres on the other, he feels right at home in this position as a man of conviction.
