Sascha is Managing Director of the Hamburg-based creative agency häppy, a multiple Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clio and iF Design Awards jury member and has been involved with the ADC (Art Directors Club Germany) for many years as a board member and jury chairman in the fields of advertising, brands and music.
A life without music is unimaginable for the 50-year-old. Sascha is passionate about listening to and producing music - rumor has it that he is even a fan of the British pop group Pet Shop Boys - and regularly performs at the Reeperbahn Festival. In 2017, he invented the "I wish I'd done that" sessions, which became a permanent fixture at the festival. In 2020, Sascha presented "Talk & Sync" - a brand new format in which celebrities put their musical flair to the test and set existing commercials to new music. In 2023, Sascha initiated the first “Talk & Sync - LIVE BATTLE” in which three sync champions dubbed commercials in front of an audience.
