
Thore Debor
Thore Debor has served as Managing Director of Clubkombinat Hamburg e.V. since 2012. In 2003, he initiated the non-profit lunatic Open-Air Festival and spent nine years teaching festival organization and project management at Leuphana University Lüneburg. His career as a club operator began in 2010 with the co-founding of the music club Salon Hansen in Lüneburg; he oversaw its operations as a partner until the end of 2018. After moving to Hamburg, he spent three years establishing the music club "klubsen" in the Hammerbrook district. He played a key role in the early days of the national association LiveKomm and in setting up its administrative structures in Hamburg. From 2016 to 2024, Thore served as the volunteer spokesperson for LiveKomm’s "Kulturraumschutz" (Cultural Space Protection) working group, and since 2024, he has been a member of the LiveKomm board.
