Till Tillmann has been working in consulting, marketing, communications, and innovation management for 15 years and loves translating strategies into visible and effective measures. As managing director of hooman EMPLOYER MARKETING, he supports companies in strategic projects to develop employer identities and positioning strategies, as well as in the operational implementation of marketing and communications activities to attract and retain talent. Previously, he worked at NEW WORK SE (formerly XING SE) in corporate communications and at Red Bull in Digital Communications. He started his professional career at Sony Music as a digital marketing manager in the international division and later as a marketing and media strategist for the entire company.
