In­ter­na­tio­nal Music Jour­na­lism Award IMJA

On Friday, September 18, 2026, we will celebrate the IMJA winners and honor all those who report on pop culture and the music industry with a clear perspective, creative formats, and a healthy dose of passion.

The award recognizes outstanding individual work, consistent relevance, bold new formats, and journalists who set new standards through their work. A special focus is placed on those under 30 who are helping to shape the journalism of tomorrow with fresh perspectives and new approaches.

Awards will be presented in the following categories: Best Music Journalist of the Year, Best Music Journalism Piece of the Year, and Best Music Journalism Piece by an Author Under 30.

Afterward, there will be time to network over food and drinks in the foyer.
