In our mentoring sessions, five delegates each get the chance to meet an expert in a specific subject area in 60-minute slots to ask their questions and exchange experiences and knowledge.

This session can be held in English or German and will cover the following topics:

  • Networking in the industry, especially as a FLINTA* (female, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender) person
  • Exchange of experience and support, especially for young FLINTA*s starting out in the industry
  • Development of newcomers in booking
  • Special features of working with queer and BIPOC (Black, indigenous, People of Color) artists
