Men­to­ring Session: Katrina Balcius

In our mentoring sessions, five delegates each get the chance to meet an expert in a specific subject area in 60-minute slots to ask their questions and exchange experiences and knowledge.

This sessison will cover the topics:

• how to build a career in the music industry
• understanding the ecosystem (labels, publishers, artists, and tech)
• building strong industry relationships
• diving into areas like sync, A&R and promo
