Ken Veerman

Ken Veerman is a strategic advisor and process facilitator and an experienced leader for cultural organisations and other mission-driven teams. He set up his independent company in 2020, having previously built up nearly 15 years of experience as a director at various cultural organisations—from the music venue Trix to the network of Antwerp cultural centres.

He regularly gives lectures on the strategic and business-related aspects of culture, building success stories with teams, and on audience development. He also teaches a course on impact stories and impact measurement.
