Isla McRobbie is the Assistant Festival Booker at The Great Escape and Coordinator of its free sister festival, The Alternative Escape, where she works across artist booking, showcase programming and partner development for one of Europe's leading festivals for emerging music.
She began her career managing the now acclaimed neo-soul artist Elmiene, working alongside him through to his international record signing with Polydor and Def Jam in 2023. She later founded TNAM.UK, an independent music publication and discovery platform championing emerging artists. Through TNAM.UK, she has collaborated with organisations including Spotify and Glastonbury Festival to create editorial projects celebrating new music and grassroots culture.
Her work is driven by a passion for discovering emerging artists, connecting people across the music industry and creating opportunities for the next generation of talent.

Genevieve (Genny) is a Music Festival Programmer at South by Southwest (SXSW). In this role, she assists artists and showcase presenters from Germany, Japan, Taiwan, and more. Recognized as the world's premier music showcasing event, SXSW brings together the global music community, alongside the film/TV and tech industries, for a week of networking and live showcases in Austin, Texas, featuring more than 1,000 artists from 60+ countries. Genny curates showcases with a focus on emerging talent, alternative rock, electronica, LGBTQ+ artistry, and more. She has also worked as a music journalist for The Austin Chronicle and in event production for Levitation and Austin Psych Fest.

With background in management, radio and as a DJ, Sindri has been a part of the Icelandic music industry since he was 14. In 2012 Sindri turned to management and ran Mid Atlantic Management until 2018. He managed Icelandic rock stars KALEO until they moved to the USA after signing their first major deal. Sindri has since been involved with a number of major label deals and worked with some of Iceland’s biggest names in music. In 2018 Sindri turned away from management after becoming Head of booking an programming at Iceland Airwaves. At SENA, he is responsible for rhe Corporate Events Team and has lead the work of moving into Esports.

Robert Meijerink, is Head of European Bookings at ESNS, Eurosonic Noorderslag, the European conference & showcase platform in Groningen, the Netherlands taking place every year in January. 

Robert is also involved with projects such as European Talent Exchange, MME Awards, Music Dialogues and is Founder and President of Federation of Music Conferences. Last but not least, he is a huge music lover.

Amanda Krieg Thomas is a freelance music supervisor and founder of Yay Team Productions Inc., with credits including Off Campus (Amazon), Big Mouth (Netflix), American Horror Story (FX), the Monster anthology (Netflix), The Americans (FX), and more. 

She has earned a Primetime Emmy nomination, 10 Guild of Music Supervisors Award nominations including a win for The Andy Warhol Diaries (Netflix), and is the author of Thinking In Sync: A Primer on the Mind of a Music Supervisor.

Guillermo is Managing Director, Europe at EMPIRE, the largest independent record label company in the US, based at its International HQ in London. He leads the expansion of EMPIRE's offering across the continent, drawing on a 20-year career that began in radio and TV promotions at Out Promotion and Anorak London, before moving into marketing and senior label roles at Island Records and Virgin Music UK.

A believer in genuine, long-term artist development over short-term wins, Guillermo brings a rare combination of major-label infrastructure experience and independent-label instincts to how EMPIRE supports and grows its roster in Europe.

Doris Yeh is the founder of Megaport Festival and president of its parent company, Tsuji Music Inc., where she leads overall strategy and international development. Co-founded by Doris in 2006, Megaport is Taiwan's largest music festival, with over 10 stages, 100+ domestic and international artists, nearly 70,000 ticketed attendees, and more than 100,000 total participants each year. Selling out within an hour, before the full lineup is announced, Megaport has become one of the most sought-after stages in the region for artists from Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, and regularly hosts acts from Europe and North America, serving as a key gateway into the East Asian market. Beyond the festival, Tsuji Music also promotes headline shows for international artists in Taiwan.

Doris is also the bassist and bandleader of metal band Chthonic, signed to Spinefarm Records via Universal Music UK, with Golden Melody Award nominations and hundreds of shows across Europe, North America, and Asia, including Ozzfest, Wacken Open Air, Download, Summer Sonic, and Fuji Rock. She endorses ESP instruments, has published an autobiography, serves on award juries, and speaks at international music industry forums.

Sandra Perens is a music publisher, artist manager and industry strategist based in Tallinn, Estonia. As Partner and A&R Manager at Tier Music Publishing, she works across publishing, management and sync, supporting the careers of artists, songwriters and composers while building international opportunities for the talent she works with.

At Tier Music, Sandra represents and develops artists and writers including ALIKA, Raul Ojamaa and Soundy, while helping lead the Baltics’ only dedicated sync agency. Through an international network spanning Europe, North America and Asia, Tier Music has secured placements for its catalogue in projects for Netflix, HBO Max, Google, Uniqlo and other global brands. Sandra’s work focuses on connecting creative talent with international partners and creating sustainable, long-term careers for music creators.

She leads international partnerships and conference programming, creating opportunities for artists through showcases, conferences, and international exchange initiatives. Alongside supporting Japanese artists internationally, she is actively seeking outstanding international artists from Germany and across Europe to bring to Japan through CUEW's showcase opportunities, drawing on her extensive network across the Japanese music industry.

Working closely with festivals, showcase events, and music professionals across Asia, Europe, and beyond, she is committed to fostering meaningful cross-cultural collaborations and strengthening two-way connections between Japan and the international music community.

Jonah Kolik is the Head of Marketing at True Panther Records, where he helps foster the development and image of artists including Quiet Light, Frost Children, Jawnino, and more. His work spans A&R, digital strategy, audience development, creative direction, and project management, supporting artists across every stage of a release.

From identifying and developing new talent and helping shape an artist’s creative direction to ideating campaign concepts, building engaged audiences, and creating lasting momentum around their work, Jonah works closely with artists to nurture distinct identities and navigate an evolving ecosystem of music listeners with intention and authenticity.

Charl Laubscher builds and scales creative companies. He studied as a musician, started his career as a designer, realised he was better as a writer, graduated to a strategist, and finally became a reluctant entrepreneur (he still hates that word.) 14 years ago he founded the design consultancy that eventually built Telepathic Instruments. Now as CEO of Telepathic, Charl brings his expertise in branding, business building, and corporate strategy to the world of music hardware. It’s a full circle moment to come back to music, and finally make something out of the jazz degree he dropped out of. When Kevin Parker reached out with a business idea he thought it was going to be doing a line of Tame Impala soaps. This turned out to be way better.
