Daniel Koch

Daniel Koch has a degree in cultural studies and was editor-in-chief of the pop culture magazine Intro from 2014 to 2018. This made him the last of his kind, so to speak, because he was ‘allowed’ to bury the magazine with an issue on ‘failure and new beginnings’ in July, as a free magazine can no longer be financed in the current market situation. At least Intro just made it into the ‘Club 27’. But Daniel doesn't have time to mope (yet), as he has been pushing new things since Intro's demise and is now working as a freelance journalist and copywriter. Before his time at Intro, Daniel was online editor at Rolling Stone for three years, editor-in-chief of a Berlin city magazine called Greatest and editor of Festivalguide. He can be heard weekly on the radio as co-host of the programme ‘Das Große Ganze’ with Melanie Gollin on FluxFM.
