Len's Jamaican roots and New York City upbringing cemented his love for music at an early age. This passion has grown exponentially thanks to his experience in music journalism, artist management and A&R.

Now with his work at the GRAMMYs, that same enthusiasm persists educating those on the institution’s mechanics, connecting dots and acting as an agent of change for the music industry at large.
