Thanks to her covers of pop classics from the recent past, elimako has gone through the roof on TikTok over the past year. The 23-year-old singer–songwriter succeeds in creating new interpretations with her own vibe, which in turn can be attributed to her charismatic voice and DIY production style. Her self-composed songs are also a mixture of R’n’B and acapella, hip-hop and dancehall, creating delicate and spherical snapshots of her life, which she dedicates to music. It’s therefore hardly surprising that the Bamberg native has already played supporting shows for Ennio, Levin Liam, and Blumengarten – with her fanbase also steadily expanding beyond the streaming platforms. Now, her first release – the ‘8 stufen’ EP (2025), which she realised in collaboration with producer Sophia Butzinger – is on the horizon. And she will be coming to Hamburg in September with this fresh song material.
